Return & Refund Policies are not applicable to International Buyers due to complex Government regulations / heavy shipment charges / other various reasons.
However reasonable compensation value can be refilled in the CHOOZEE Wallet by mutual discussions for the following reasons.
- Item was defective
- Item was damaged during the Shipping
- Wrong item was sent by CHOOZEE.
However Final decision of the compensation value remains as per CHOOZEE's discretion.
